Who Are We?
And why do we need another network?
The Dementia Knowledge Network is a a collaboration between Elizabeth Baxter from VMCH and Sarah Yeates from Caladenia Dementia Care.
Both Elizabeth and Sarah are passionate about improving outcomes for people living with dementia - across regions, across funding streams and across organisations.
Better knowledge, better communication and a breakdown of the sometimes artificial barriers can only improve outcomes for people living with dementia and their families.
